How long does delivery take?
Most parcels arrive within 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. When your order leaves our hands, we will send a tracking email so you can watch its journey home.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order qualifies for free delivery within Ireland. No minimum spend and no extra conditions.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we may still be able to make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as you can so we can assist.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. If a different size, style, or color suits you better, write to us at info@noovar.com and we will help you with the exchange.
What payment options are available?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, Klarna, Union Pay, Shop Pay and Visa. All payments are securely processed.
What is your return policy?
You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. Email us at info@noovar.com with your order number and we will guide you through the steps.
How long do refunds take to show?
After receiving and approving the return, refunds are issued within 7 business days. Your bank may need extra time to complete the transfer.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within Ireland. Should we expand our delivery zones, we will share the news with our community first.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Safeguarding your data matters to us. Sensitive payment details are never stored on our servers, and checkout is encrypted.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email for updates. If more than 7 business days have passed with no movement, contact us at info@noovar.com so we can investigate.
